In Writer's Workshop we have been learning how to share our writing with others. We have practiced something called EEKK. The kids love saying it! It stands for Elbow to Elbow, Knee to Knee. We draw popsicle sticks for the kids to partner up, and then they get to choose a spot in the room to sit EEKK and share their writing with their partners. I heard some great conversations going on between the kids! Enjoy the pictures of the kids practicing this in class.
